Objective: This study was done to determine the association between lipid levels and diabetic Indices in confirm patients of myocardial infarction with versus without diabetes mellitus type II. Methodology: Two hundred acute having ST-segment elevation II were enrolled. Lipid indices measured, correlations among them analyzed. Results: Positive found triglycerides fasting blood sugar, low density lipoprotein Insulin when compared patients. Comparison II, negative glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), hemoglobin, Insulin.
